About Us

Initially created to oversee the real estate investments of its founding partners, DRL has since grown to become yet another illustration of their entrepreneurial vision with a relentless focus on integrity, creativity and above all work ethics. 

The founding strategy for DRL was to acquire land as an inflation hedge with a particular focus on plots that would eventually allow for residential, leisure and agricultural development. 

In 2022, we decided to translate a portion of our land acquisitions into architectural plans and file planning applications across a number of plots in Cyprus with a view to creating a development pipeline starting in 2024 onwards. 

We aim to bring a number of these opportunities to market whist also building on our yield driven portfolio which is based on a much longer-term outlook.
