Daniel leads the business and created the vision for DRL to differentiate itself as a multi faceted real estate investment vehicle. Born and raised in London, Daniel started his first business at the tender age of 16, importing and distributing cosmetics from the Middle East, before he eventually went on to build a leading wholesale operation within the apparel sector spanning the UK, Europe and North America. During this period, Daniel also spent time living between Hong Kong and China where he gained a deep understanding of the sourcing process. Five years ago, he expanded his interests to Asia Pacific and following a successful acquisition in Australia at the end of 2019, began to assemble a leading warehousing/ logistics operation across the region. An extremely driven and dedicated individual with his finger constantly on the pulse, Daniel always strives to deliver the best possible experience for his clients and instils this same approach across all of his team. Outside of office hours, Daniel is a proud father to two young boys, an avid cyclist, boxer and philanthropist.

Ronen oversees operations for the group with a particular focus on design, planning and construction. Having started his career as a software engineer with a degree from the infamous Technion Institute in Israel, Ronen then launched two technology start-ups and also held the position of VP of Marketing/ Sales at one of Israel’s largest e commerce groups. In 2009, Ronen graduated with a second degree in senior project management and then spent the next 15 years of his career owning and managing a construction company that has been responsible for the development of wide ranging real estate projects across Israel, covering residential, industrial and commercial assets. Ronen excels at leading construction projects, working closely with architects, town planning departments and contractors. His relentless focus on detail, budgets and schedules along with a strong intuition for market dynamics, was the pivotal factor for DRL to create a development pipeline in Cyprus. Outside of office hours, Ronen is a dedicated father of two teenage daughters with a passion for hospitality and gastronomy.

With over 40 years of expertise as a business leader across multiple continents, specialising in the field of jewellery design and manufacturing, Shlomi brings a wealth of experience and creative flair to DRL. Having spent many years as a passive investor in real estate, Shlomi decided to pursue a more active role with DRL and is heavily involved in the intricacies of all development projects, working closely with architects and interior designers to ensure that our product is delivered with the highest degree of perceived value. Shlomi’s endless energy, attention to detail and strive for perfection makes him a key member of our management team. Outside of office hours, Shlomi is fond of travelling with his family and generally enjoying life to the maximum which is another reason why his spirit is so important to the dynamics of our group. 

Raz Sharir is responsible for sales and marketing across all of DRL’s real estate projects, with a hands-on approach that spans content strategy, client relations, campaign design and lead management. With a background in brand strategy and product marketing, Raz began her career managing marketing campaigns for an Israel’s leading cosmetic and lifestyle brand, before transitioning into real estate, where she quickly stood out for her creativity, intuition and client-centric thinking. At DRL, she leads everything from content creation and visual identity to sales funnel design, contract handling and client experience — ensuring that every buyer is not only informed but emotionally connected to the vision behind the projects. Known for her sharp eye for detail and ability to simplify complex messages into compelling narratives, Raz plays a key role in shaping the group’s public image and market voice. Outside of work, Raz is passionate about design, wellness and creativity, and enjoys exploring new cultures, writing, and connecting people.
